TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving the sales pipeline through high-volume outbound calling and B2B lead generation with an accent on qualifying potential customers and booking demos. Focus on executing outbound outreach strategies, managing CRM data, and achieving daily activity KPIs to fuel the inside sales pipeline.
Location: In person in Norwich, UK. Working hours: 2PM - 10PM (to cover US region)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 OTE (Base: £26,436)

What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B clients using lead lists and prospecting platforms.
- Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level.
- Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team.
- Manage follow-up communications to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and lead status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in person in Norwich, UK.
- Ability to work from 2PM to 10PM to cover the US region.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner.
- Resilience and determination to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity setting.
- Entry-level experience or a strong passion for starting a career in sales.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and various prospecting tools.
