What you will do
- Identify and map target accounts with appropriate personas to build a lead pipeline.
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling and multi-thread campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries, qualify interest, and route opportunities to Account Executives.
- Manage prospect data and activity meticulously within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and optimize prospecting campaigns.
- Integrate AI tools into daily operations to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS environments.
- Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
- English: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
- Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI tools to support productivity.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales approach.
