Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas, US)

Salary: $170,000 – $223,125

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and drive global account plans aligning hirify.global resources to client business priorities.
  • Engage C-suite stakeholders to position hirify.global as a key enabler of digital transformation.
  • Identify and close new opportunities across business units to generate recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise field sales experience in cloud or data technology.
  • Proven success managing large, strategic global accounts and growing them to multi-million dollar revenue.
  • Track record of closing seven-figure, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Expertise in building executive-level relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Ability to travel globally to support the business footprint.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the media & entertainment ecosystem, including streaming and advertising.
