TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging SMB clients in the DACH market through the full sales cycle with an accent on outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities using the SPICED methodology. Focus on building a robust pipeline, closing deals in a fast-growing environment, and expanding hirify.global's presence in Europe.

Location: Hybrid in London (Hoxton Square). Visa support available for candidates based in Germany; however, relocation costs are the candidate's responsibility.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify, prospect, and engage with SMB clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to tailor hirify.global's solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales or account management in B2B or SMB environments.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach software such as Salesforce, Outreach IO, and Gong.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the tech industry or SaaS sales.
  • Experience working specifically with SMB clients.
