What you will do

  • Hunt new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline within the SMB sector for a specific EMEA region.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing accounts using the Extended Access Management platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using the MEDDPICC framework, from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to optimize client engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence.
  • Utilize AI tools daily to enhance sales coaching, surface insights, and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK
  • Language: Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in security with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience owning and managing a geographical territory within the EMEA market.
  • Strong proficiency in solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to corporate stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
