Salary: £44,000 – £62,000 GBP

What you will do
- Hunt new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline within the SMB sector for a specific EMEA region.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing accounts using the Extended Access Management platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle using the MEDDPICC framework, from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to optimize client engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence.
- Utilize AI tools daily to enhance sales coaching, surface insights, and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK
- Language: Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in security with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience owning and managing a geographical territory within the EMEA market.
- Strong proficiency in solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to corporate stakeholders.

- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
