What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior AI roles from Senior/Staff to Director levels.
• Build high-signal pipelines via AI communities, referrals, and open-source networks.
• Partner with AI leadership to define hiring profiles, scorecards, and evaluation signals.
• Develop role-specific sourcing plans and iterate outreach based on response data.
• Conduct technically credible screens and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Manage offer strategy and closing, including compensation alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a significant focus on AI/ML/GenAI.
• Demonstrated success hiring Senior/Staff-level AI talent.
• Strong existing network across AI engineering and research communities.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, Hugging Face, arXiv).
• Must be based in the USA to effectively engage the US AI community.
• Experience with ATS/CRM discipline and funnel metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or agency recruiting.
• Exposure to specialties such as RL, agents, recommender systems, or MLOps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing and outreach workflows.
