What you will do

  • Own hiring outcomes for non-clinical care teams, focusing on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire.
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and contract resources through coaching and day-to-day support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to scope roles and align on ideal candidate profiles.
  • Directly execute hiring for high-priority roles to unblock organizational growth.
  • Utilize data, reporting, and process improvements to monitor performance and scale recruiting.
  • Integrate AI tools and automation into the recruiting process to increase team efficiency and capacity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or high-volume environments.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiters, contractors, or coordinators.
  • Experience hiring for operations, customer-facing, or care delivery roles at scale.
  • Strong ability to operate in a startup or scale-up environment, balancing structure and speed.
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to prioritize work and drive outcomes.
  • Must be based in the United States
