TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 WFH) in Vilnius or Warsaw, with Work From Anywhere (WFA) options

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and mentor an Account Management team, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring flawless client retention and aggressive portfolio expansion.
  • Manage executive-level client relationships and lead high-stakes negotiations to unlock value.
  • Oversee strategic account planning, including commercial structuring and legal compliance.
  • Optimize internal processes to identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Personally manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts to stay connected with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with metric-backed ownership over retention and expansion revenue.
  • Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience in SaaS, infrastructure, data, or AI industries.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimization.
