🚀 Position: Account Manager
🌍 Location: Warsaw | B2B | Hybrid

We are looking for a mature, client-facing Account Manager professional to manage and support a portfolio of strategic consulting clients.

This role is highly relationship-driven and coordination-heavy.
You will act as a trusted bridge between customers and internal delivery teams, helping maintain trust, visibility, structure, and continuity across multiple international projects.

❗️ This is NOT a purely sales-driven role.

We are looking for someone who can:
• build long-term client relationships
• confidently communicate with international stakeholders
• coordinate multiple streams and priorities
• create clarity in fast-moving environments
• navigate difficult conversations calmly and diplomatically
• balance client expectations with delivery realities
• maintain trust and stability for both customers and internal teams

🔹 Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in:
Account Management
Client Success
Customer-facing project coordination
Consulting / professional services environments
• Strong experience working with international clients/customers
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Ability to lead:
client calls
workshops
QBRs
executive-level conversations

🔹 Technical background:
Hands-on technical expertise is NOT required, but the ideal candidate should:

• discuss timelines, priorities, risks, and resource coordination with clients

💡 Strong plus:
• Salesforce ecosystem exposure
• SaaS / IT consulting experience
• outsourcing/services background
• upselling / cross-selling exposure
• account growth mindset
