What you will do

• Lead the PPM workstream as the Financial Systems SME, translating business needs into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Define target-state business capabilities and process outcomes for Oracle PPM Cloud Applications.
• Develop and maintain business process maps (BPMN) and execute UAT scenarios and scripts.
• Govern demand intake and backlog via ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to ensure traceability.
• Assess business impact for quarterly Oracle releases and provide business readiness sign-off.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to embed compliance, controls, and reporting integrity into business requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with Oracle PPM Cloud Applications (or HS diploma and 9+ years).
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically the PPM module.
• Strong skills in business process mapping (BPMN) and UAT execution.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience working within a professional services firm (accounting, financial services, banking).
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Reporting Tools such as OneStream or Hyperion.
