What you will do

• Serve as the Financial Systems SME and lead for the Financials workstream, validating process intent and operational feasibility.
• Translate business SME input into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria to drive technical delivery.
• Develop and maintain business process maps using BPMN and execute UAT scenarios/scripts.
• Define target-state business capabilities and value rankings to inform the ERP Product & Delivery roadmap.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to capture pain points and ensure audit/compliance evidence is embedded in requirements.
• Manage business readiness and impact assessments for quarterly Oracle releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financials Cloud applications (or High School diploma and 9+ years).
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP (specifically Financials Cloud).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with professionals at all levels.
• Experience in professional services (accounting, financial services, or banking) is preferred.

• Proficiency in BI Reporting Tools such as OneStream or Hyperion.
