What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between HR leadership, business stakeholders, and IT for Oracle HCM Cloud support and service delivery.
- Own demand intake, backlog governance, and prioritization to align technical work with strategic business value.
- Oversee incident and service request performance against SLAs to improve system stability and user satisfaction.
- Leverage Oracle HCM's native AI and ML capabilities to improve service delivery and inform business decisions across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Coordinate release and change management for quarterly Oracle updates, including testing and adoption planning.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure accountability and timely delivery of enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT project management, or HRIS supporting hire-to-retire processes.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a comparable enterprise HCM platform.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher, and data governance practices.
- Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, or BRM service delivery and portfolio management methodologies.
- Must be based in or able to work in Burnaby, Canada (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as BRMP, PMP, or ITIL.
- Experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline enterprise HR workflows.
