TL;DR

Product Manager II (Healthtech): Developing the roadmap and member-facing experience for healthcare payments and reimbursements with an accent on operational scalability and user-centric design. Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Salary: $143,000 - $165,000

What you will do

  • Develop the roadmap for the Incentive Experience team to enhance healthcare payment convenience.
  • Build operational engines and applications to scale reimbursement processes to $100m+ annually.
  • Collaborate with members, employers, and operational teams to identify pain points and product opportunities.
  • Drive end-to-end product and feature development from initial ideation through launch.
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and team alignment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.
  • Proven track record of shipping features from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Experience building tools for operational teams at scale.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for strategy and stakeholder management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Must be based in New York City and available for 3 days/week in-office attendance.
