What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project financials, including order intake and WBS frameworks to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze project performance and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Execute month-end close activities, including cost allocation, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Manage customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
• Drive financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain SAP/ERP data integrity, including project setup and purchasing coordination.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or accounting within a project-based environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and contract management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis and reporting.
• Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis is required; the employer will not sponsor work visas.
