What you will do

• Configure and manage compensation plan implementations and changes within Xactly.
• Administer daily commission operations to ensure accurate payments and meet payroll deadlines.
• Resolve data discrepancies in Xactly Incent and communicate outcomes effectively.
• Prepare commission approval documentation and conduct meetings to ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to provide monthly accruals and develop annual budgets for sales expenses.
• Manage administrative operations including employee set-up, access management, and hierarchy maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting a sales or dynamically incentivized organization.
• Previous professional experience working with Xactly.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check.
