What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end commission processes for hundreds of quota-carrying representatives to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
  • Manage and coach a small team, providing workload prioritization and performance guidance.
  • Own the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system, including plan configuration, calculation logic, and crediting rules.
  • Design and enhance commission models to support evolving compensation plans, new sales roles, and SPIFFs.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, Payroll, and HR to ensure alignment on compensation plans and bookings.
  • Oversee calculation validation, variance analysis, and SOX-compliant audit trails in a public company environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales commissions, revenue operations, or compensation accounting.
  • Proven experience in people leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience administering ICM tools and working with CRM and bookings systems.
  • Experience supporting SOX-controlled commission processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reconciliation capabilities.
  • Must be based in the United States.
