What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end billing processes and support new RCM payer implementations.
  • Coordinate with clearinghouses on new connections and resolve claims management issues.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify and propose enhancements for RCM workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Investigate and resolve denials, underpayments, and execute refunds.
  • Perform weekly bank and claim reconciliations alongside monthly revenue integrity checks.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience executing revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare system, including CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or for a healthcare clearinghouse.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Experience within digital health or a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Tableau.
