  • Develop deep subject matter expertise across the entire product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to translate data into stories.
  • Proven experience in building high-quality client-facing decks and materials.
  • Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
