Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and consulting mindset with the ability to translate data into stories.
- Proven experience in building high-quality client-facing decks and materials.
- Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
