What you will do

  • Own the reporting of customer churn and associated revenue impact across all business units.
  • Analyze churn pipelines to deliver insights into retention initiatives, discount usage, and customer health.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of churn reporting processes and definitions.
  • Strengthen Salesforce as a system of record by validating data and identifying reporting exceptions.
  • Prepare materials and present churn insights to senior leadership, including the CFO and CCO.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical, finance, or revenue operations role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, specifically regarding renewal and churn data flows.
  • High proficiency in Excel for managing complex calculations and structured reporting.
  • English proficiency required for clear communication and presentation to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with ARR/CARR concepts in a subscription or SaaS business model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention management processes.
