Business & CRM Analyst (Salesforce): Driving the execution of pricing strategies and commercial performance tracking with an accent on Salesforce functional ownership and data-driven decision-making. Location: Must be based in Mexico (Remote available for the right candidate).

What you will do
- Act as the internal Product Owner for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
- Monitor and analyze customer-tier pricing strategies, sales volumes, and margins.
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc executive reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows for Sales and Management teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT to support pricing execution.
- Lead user training and adoption initiatives for CRM enhancements.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Strong experience with Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI.
- Deep understanding of commercial processes and pricing strategies.
- Must have stable internet connectivity (200Mb/sec download, 10Mb/sec upload).
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP system integrations.
- Background in medical or consumer electronics industries.
