TL;DR

Senior Sales Operations Analyst: Running the operational backbone of the renewals business with an accent on forecasting, reporting, and data integrity across Customer Success and Renewals. Focus on building Salesforce-governed renewal visibility, optimizing RevOps systems and processes, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve operational and compensation data challenges.

Location: Boston, MA or Houston, TX (US)

Salary: $98,850 - $125,000 USD (U.S. base salary range)

What you will do

  • Own weekly, monthly, and executive renewals forecasting and reporting using Clari and Power BI, including board-level materials.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles using SPIFF, including quota allocation, coverage, and target-setting models.
  • Act as the primary owner of renewal-related data integrity in Salesforce, governing fields, logic, and reporting structures.
  • Develop and maintain attainment/performance and incentive tracking reporting, providing insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Own and optimize tools, workflows, and operational processes across the renewal lifecycle to reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Finance, Compensation, and RevOps to resolve operational issues (e.g., pipeline crediting, comp logic, reporting definitions) and support migrations and program rollouts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for renewals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Ability to manage complex processes while maintaining high data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.
