What you will do

• Structure enterprise-wide training and mentoring initiatives for Premium Audit operations.
• Revamp audit training curricula and develop "click-n-learn" modules to automate learning.
• Evaluate and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress.
• Collaborate with HR and Recruiting to fine-tune candidate profiles and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate field ride-a-longs and mentoring to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Lead AI integration and digital transformation within audit processes and web portals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring.
• Strong leadership, business oversight, and analytical skills.
• Ability to implement effective solutions with limited resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
