What you will do

  • Lead clients through the implementation of Evive solutions, including requirements discovery, data intake, and platform setup.
  • Configure platform settings to align with client benefit programs, eligibility rules, and personalized journey triggers.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries related to eligibility data and personalization logic.
  • Test and validate client-specific configurations, data mapping, and communication workflows prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.
  • Manage workflows associated with carrier feeds, eligibility files, and other inbound data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in benefits administration, digital health engagement, or HR technology.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects or implementations in a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with personalization platforms, rules engines, or member engagement technologies.
  • Prior experience supporting health benefits, wellness, or digital health solutions.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
