Inside Sales Intern (Sales): Supporting revenue-generating activities and channel partner follow-up for the Therma-Tru Sales Organization with an accent on lead sourcing, CRM management, and sales process training. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Deerfield, IL for hybrid summer schedule; remote during the school year.
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 USD per hour.

What you will do
- Support the sales team by managing lead follow-up cadences, including outbound cold calls and emails.
- Maintain and track sales opportunities within the CRM to ensure prompt follow-up and increased conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Territory and National Account Managers to identify and leverage support opportunities.
- Utilize virtual technology and sales tools to perform presentations and streamline internal processes.
- Act as a liaison between sales and functional areas like Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Develop and present a final report on key learnings and achievements to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Deerfield, IL during the summer.
- Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and building products.
