What you will do

• Drive the Merchant Growth Roadmap and ship AI-powered experiences to enhance user engagement.
• Shape product strategy for the Relationship Commerce platform, balancing short-term wins with long-term scale.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to translate complex merchant needs into elegant solutions.
• Operate as a visible Product Owner, raising the bar for product quality and impact.
• Champion customer-led decision making by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact at scale on complex product surfaces.
• Exposure to or curiosity about AI/ML-powered experiences, including agents, intelligent automation, or LLM features.
• Strong background in metrics, experimentation frameworks, and Agile product development.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with ecommerce or subscription-based D2C brands.
• Experience working closely with applied AI or ML engineering teams.
