What you will do

• Draft and review scopes of work and contract documents under the guidance of senior administrators.
• Process JCT and NEC contracts to ensure accuracy for operational and project teams.
• Maintain electronic contract files, document control, and retention systems.
• Assist with pre-qualification of bidders and the management of confidentiality agreements.
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and issue contract close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in contract writing and administration.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract libraries.
• Ability to attend an in-person interview in the United Kingdom.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for file management.
