What you will do

• Prepare, process, and review purchase and customer support agreements for company policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to develop proposal options and alternatives.
• Utilize CLM and ERP systems to manage contract data and ensure operational consistency.
• Draft amendment documents and coordinate approvals for deviations from standard terms.
• Negotiate or escalate variations in pricing, terms, and contract structures.
• Track and maintain KPIs for assigned regions, including turnaround times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in contract management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused mindset for interacting with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
