What you will do

  • Conduct targeted prospecting for the EMEA region using tools like Cognism, LinkedIn, and AI-powered software.
  • Execute cold outreach via calling, tailored emails, and social selling to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Engage C-level executives to understand their business models and international hiring challenges.
  • Present the value proposition of global hiring solutions to solve prospect pain points.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from drafting commercial proposals to closing deals against quarterly targets.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and optimize the cycle using Gong and Clari.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or international relations.
  • 2–4 years of experience in dedicated outbound/hunting sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and selling to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel sequence building and high-conversion social selling.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global operations, international HR/payroll, or financial B2B SaaS.
  • Training in SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Sandler methodologies.
  • Background in fast-paced startup environments or international work experience.
