Location: Remote (US). Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones and be located in one of the authorized states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA).

Salary: $95,000 - $119,000 USD per year (Base) + 50/50 variable compensation

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the mid-market segment (250-1000 employees).
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Execute outbound activities to generate and nurture a revenue pipeline.
• Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines.
• Manage customer data and metrics within the Salesforce CRM.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience closing deals in SaaS sales.
• Proven experience within an HR-tech environment.
• Track record of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
• Must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones.
• Must be located in one of the authorized US states.
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
