What you will do
- Lead electrical system designs for manufacturing and systems development.
- Implement electrical designs hands-on and support product development of xenon flashlamp systems.
- Support existing products in the field and perform fault-finding.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervise system build activities.
- Coordinate with subcontract suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- Experience with electrical system design using IEC 60204-1 and safety design using ISO 13849-1 and ISO 13849-2.
- Strong organisation in revision control and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience commissioning systems through FAT and SAT.
- High-voltage design experience, including IEC 60204-11, capacitor sizing, and E-Plan.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI programs, particularly Siemens systems and ladder logic.
- Experience supervising system builds and maintaining well-commented code.
