What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Marketing Cloud Engagement, prioritizing new capabilities and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives, from requirement gathering with Sales and Marketing to implementation.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on automation best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, and funnel design.
• Manage platform delivery, including oversight of third-party agencies, quality assurance, and data hygiene.
• Establish scalable operating models, approval workflows, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and embedding a test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and marketing automation strategy.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement certification required.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including road mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring solutions within Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in funnel strategy, lead management, and campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with data governance, GDPR, PECR, and privacy-by-design principles.
