What you will do

• Develop and execute growth campaigns across digital, in-app, and social channels to drive business outcomes.
• Expand user engagement channels through webinars, events, forums, and referral programs.
• Analyze behavioral data and market trends to generate insights and optimize campaign strategy.
• Implement marketing automation to create personalized user experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams to unlock growth levers.
• Create and share internal playbooks and tools to accelerate GTM team velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record of driving engagement, adoption, and advocacy for a SaaS platform.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills for translating technical features into customer value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Demand Gen teams.
• Strong product sense and design instincts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA is a plus.
