What you will do

• Develop, execute, and report on CRM campaigns using marketing automation software.
• Manage campaign briefs and coordinate with design, print, and product teams.
• Update marketing schedules and ensure key milestones are met.
• Communicate campaign plans to stakeholders across Store Operations, Marketing, and Web Merchandising.
• Analyze campaign performance and present findings to improve customer experience.
• Ensure all customer communications align with brand tone and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Must be based in the UK to attend the office in Yeovil as required.
