What you will do

• Set and optimize credit policies for new accounts and customer management programs.
• Develop comprehensive monitoring and analysis suites to identify actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain NPV valuation models to assess the profitability of credit programs.
• Design and execute A/B tests to refine product and credit strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive key strategic initiatives.
• Communicate performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in credit analysis or a related occupation.
• Proficiency in building NPV models using Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience in credit underwriting, credit card economics, and managing lending programs.
• Strong understanding of statistical testing, including p-values and confidence intervals.
• Must be able to work in-person in Menlo Park, CA at least three days per week.
