What you will do

• Act as the primary US market subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.
• Lead client-side workshops to define implementation scope, design, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business requirements across distribution, finance, and compliance into actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and QA to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and brief global teams on US-specific market nuances and data structures.
• Triage client feedback and contribute to product roadmap and feature development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with US asset manager data, specifically AUM, flow, and client economic data.
• Deep expertise in wealth and retail distribution (RIAs, wirehouses, broker-dealers).
• Strong data literacy with hands-on experience using SQL and Excel for large dataset analysis.
• Knowledge of MDM concepts, firm hierarchies, and US investment vehicles (ETFs, SMAs, Mutual Funds).
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and bridge business and technical functions.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with SalesConnect, Broadridge, or similar industry data sets.
• Background in AI/ML implementation or BI/reporting solutions.
• Experience with Azure or cloud-based infrastructure.
• Prior work in fintech or for a US asset manager.
