What you will do

• Deliver advanced analytical insights by mining and analyzing internal and external data to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex analysis into business implications, articulating impacts on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support high-impact initiatives including performance diagnostics, capacity analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency studies.
• Influence senior leaders through decision-oriented storytelling and executive readouts.
• Promote strong analytics practices, including data literacy and consistent analytical standards across the organization.
• Mentor peer consultants and provide knowledge-sharing to elevate overall team capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics or consulting roles.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Insurance Operations or financial services environments.
• 3+ years of advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins, and transformations across multiple data sources.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or Alteryx.
• Proven ability to translate technical analysis into concise insights for non-technical audiences.
