What you will do

• Champion employee engagement and promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Deliver high-quality HR data and service information to business units, taking full ownership of data accuracy.
• Conduct monthly guidance meetings with department managers and lead onboarding workshops.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and hold managers accountable for quarterly performance and talent meetings.
• Manage the execution of bonus plans, merit processes, and perform salary structure maintenance and market research.
• Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Experience using HRIS applications, with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Cartersville, GA plant.
