Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: mainly office-based with 1 day remote)

What you will do
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from sourcing meetings to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Identify customer problems and present tailored SaaS solutions that solve them.
- Efficiently disqualify leads that are not a good fit for the product.
- Construct, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one or more Nordic languages.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a target-driven approach.
- Strong passion for sustainability and contributing to a net zero future.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools and domains quickly.
