Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: mainly office-based with 1 day remote)

What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from sourcing meetings to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Identify customer problems and present tailored SaaS solutions that solve them.
  • Efficiently disqualify leads that are not a good fit for the product.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and one or more Nordic languages.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a target-driven approach.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and contributing to a net zero future.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools and domains quickly.
