Location: Must be based in or focused on the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, and surrounding territories)

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting to final negotiation and closing.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and manage all sales activities within the Nordic territory.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes to secure strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage proof-of-value engagements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 1+ years of experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into the Nordic region.
  • Strong background in hunting and closing new enterprise-level deals.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hunter mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in application security (SCA, SAST, SDLC tools).
  • Background in hypergrowth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
