What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 150-300 school accounts in the €2-6K segment to drive retention through proactive check-ins.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation workflows to reduce manual effort in account management operations.
  • Utilize an AI-native CRM system to flag risk early, log touchpoints, and prioritize accounts based on health signals.
  • Support Customer Success and Customer Engagement teams to ensure school leadership and teachers are supported.
  • Travel globally to build direct relationships with customers beyond digital communication.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a SaaS account management or customer success role with a focus on renewal and retention motions.
  • Proactivity and ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and evolving systems.
  • Genuine curiosity and evidence of independently exploring or using AI tools and automation.
  • Ability to work in a data-informed way, drawing conclusions from CRM signals and portfolio data.
  • Must be based in Sweden
