is an EdTech scale-up providing an AI-powered learning platform to students and teachers in over 140 countries.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 150-300 school accounts in the €2-6K segment to drive retention through proactive check-ins.
- Identify and implement AI and automation workflows to reduce manual effort in account management operations.
- Utilize an AI-native CRM system to flag risk early, log touchpoints, and prioritize accounts based on health signals.
- Support Customer Success and Customer Engagement teams to ensure school leadership and teachers are supported.
- Travel globally to build direct relationships with customers beyond digital communication.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a SaaS account management or customer success role with a focus on renewal and retention motions.
- Proactivity and ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and evolving systems.
- Genuine curiosity and evidence of independently exploring or using AI tools and automation.
- Ability to work in a data-informed way, drawing conclusions from CRM signals and portfolio data.
- Must be based in Sweden
