Global Account Manager (hirify.global): Driving the adoption and expansion of infrastructure automation solutions within large strategic enterprises in the DACH region with an accent on consultative, value-based selling. What you will do

  • Develop and close strategic opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts in DACH to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Execute the ALEER sales framework to secure initial wins and expand usage across customer projects and workflows.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders across Development, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Orchestrate virtual account teams, including solution engineers and partners, to influence decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with IBM enterprise sales teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and commercial processes to ensure compliant deal execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German are required.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, value-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.
  • Ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes, ROI, and TCO.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into German Global Accounts in industries such as financial services, insurance, or manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of hirify.global’s product portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
  • Familiarity with IBM and Red Hat technologies like OpenShift and Ansible.
  • Formal training in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
