Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of creator programming, partner activations, and external bookings.
• Develop and manage run-of-show documents, BEOs, production timelines, and operational workflows.
• Serve as the primary on-site lead to ensure a seamless experience for guests, creators, and partners.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including vendors, catering, staffing, rentals, and AV technical execution.
• Track event budgets, expenses, and P&Ls with strong fiscal accountability.
• Maintain organized documentation and detailed post-event recaps.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in event management, experiential production, hospitality, or live events.
• Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous events in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in managing vendors, staffing, budgets, and complex operational logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY.

• Experience in media, entertainment, the creator economy, or community-driven businesses.
