Litigation Counsel (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with available locations in London, UK, or Washington, D.C., US

Salary: $150,000–$207,000 annual salary for Washington, D.C.-based hires; compensation may vary by work location. The role is eligible for equity participation.

What you will do

• Formulate and implement litigation strategies with the existing litigation team.
• Evaluate and respond to litigation threats and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Select, onboard, and manage external counsel through factual development, briefing, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Work cross-functionally on intermediary liability, AI, and emerging legal and technology issues.
• Engage with government regulators and private organizations regarding hirify.global products and services.
• Advise business leaders on ongoing disputes and litigation risks, and provide training and resources.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the US or the UK.
• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably with technology companies.
• Experience litigating cases in one or more jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while addressing complex legal and technical issues.
