What you will do

• Formulate and implement litigation strategies with the existing litigation team.
• Evaluate and respond to litigation threats and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Select, onboard, and manage outside counsel through factual development, briefing, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Work cross-functionally to develop hirify.global’s approach to intermediary liability, AI, and other emerging legal/technology issues.
• Support regulators and private organizations on issues related to hirify.global’s products and services.
• Communicate with business leaders on ongoing litigation and provide training/resources to address future legal risks.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the US.
• 4+ years PQE in a law firm or in-house (preferably with technology companies).
• Experience litigating cases in one or more jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage many tasks on complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and good judgment to work independently with limited guidance.
