What you will do

  • Manage daily culinary operations across multiple dining outlets, pool operations, and extensive banquet events.
  • Develop and execute creative menus for both a la carte and high-volume buffet settings.
  • Oversee financial goals through annual budgeting, cost controls, labor management, and menu engineering.
  • Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff, ensuring strict standardization of recipes and plate presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure outstanding service and exceed member expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or 5 years as a Sous Chef.
  • Proven track record of leading high-volume culinary operations with multiple dining outlets.
  • Strong skills in team management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of expense control, payroll management, and POS systems.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampa, Florida

Nice to have

  • Bilingual communication ability in English and Spanish.
  • Technical literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
