Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $110,800 – $166,100

What you will do

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for new stores and relocations.
• Coordinate with external brokerage networks to develop site pipelines and maintain market awareness.
• Negotiate letters of intent and ancillary transaction documentation in partnership with legal and leadership teams.
• Prepare site evaluation packages and assist with executive site tours.
• Track and address site-specific deal points through project execution in collaboration with construction partners.
• Assist with portfolio matters including lease renewals and subleases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of retail real estate, site selection, or leasing experience.
• Strong commercial real estate market analysis and site evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demographic/strategic location software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Advanced degree or relevant real estate coursework.
• Licensed real estate broker or agent status.
• Experience supporting purchase agreements and store development transactions.
