What you will do

• Identify and recruit potential speakers via phone and email.
• Build and manage event experiences, researching content ideas and placing C-level executives.
• Collaborate with sales to drive sponsorship and achieve shared goals.
• Promote hirify.global and event attendance through community contacts and partnerships.
• Manage speaker relations and provide excellent service and communication.
• Brainstorm fresh topic ideas and improve content and the attendee experience.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of live event production or property management experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
