B2B Marketing Manager
Remote | Europe | Cloud / PaaS / Infrastructure


Hostman is a European cloud and PaaS platform for SMBs, B2B companies, SaaS products and technical teams that need reliable infrastructure without unnecessary operational complexity.

We help companies deploy applications, manage databases and run infrastructure with predictable pricing, 24/7 support and stronger control over where their data is hosted.

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager — someone to build and scale an international marketing function and turn marketing into a predictable revenue growth engine.

What you will do:

— develop and execute a revenue-driven global B2B marketing strategy;
— drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition efficiency and retention;
— own the full B2B marketing ecosystem: content, webinars, paid acquisition, executive events and sales enablement;
— launch and scale ABM initiatives for larger accounts;
— expand acquisition channels for SMB and Mid-Market segments;
— create sales enablement assets: presentations, case studies, white papers and other materials that help close deals;
— analyze the funnel, marketing performance and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions;
— work closely with Sales and Product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.

We are looking for someone with:

— 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing in B2B;
— experience in SaaS, FinTech, cloud, infrastructure, high-tech or similarly complex products;
— proven experience launching and scaling products in international markets;
— strong understanding of long B2B sales cycles and international buying processes;
— experience using modern AI / LLM tools in marketing workflows;
— strong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing activities with revenue;
— English C1 or higher.

Nice to have:

— experience with cloud, PaaS, IaaS, DevTools or infrastructure products;
— experience building marketing almost from scratch;
— experience with ABM, paid acquisition and sales enablement;
— ability to work with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
