What you will do

• Define and lead the UKI regional marketing strategy and investment mix in partnership with sales leadership.
• Translate business goals and market context into focused regional programs and execution plans.
• Build an event-led mix including flagship events, webinars, and partner activations.
• Develop tailored account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hirify.global AI messaging into the UKI market.
• Own end-to-end execution from planning and logistics to reporting and optimization.

Requirements

• Deep experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building programs that create pipeline and influence account progression.
• Experience shaping marketing strategy for the UK, Ireland, or other mature B2B markets.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate business priorities into action plans.
• Exceptional collaboration skills for partnering with senior sales leaders and AEs.
• Strong event leadership and operational management skills.
