What you will do
- Own product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for enterprise and mid-market buyers.
- Lead end-to-end launch strategies for major product releases in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
- Develop and maintain ICP, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence programs.
- Build a high-quality suite of sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
- Manage Analyst Relations and shape the industry narrative to increase market recognition.
- Partner with Product Leadership and the Head of Content & Brand to weave product stories into brand programs.
Requirements
- Senior product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company with ownership of GTM strategy.
- Proven track record of leading product launches from strategy through to execution and measurement.
- Ability to craft narratives that resonate with both technical audiences (CTOs/Developers) and business decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise and mid-market SaaS buying process.
- Experience developing competitive intelligence and translating insights into sales enablement.
- Must reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience in localization, AI, or content technology markets.
- Direct experience influencing analyst coverage (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
- Experience managing and developing a product marketing team.
