What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes Operators and platform services, including deployment and monitoring.
• Develop in Go to improve automation, tooling, and overall platform best practices.
• Automate cloud infrastructure and incident response to enhance system self-healing and reliability.
• Manage product deployment pipelines and GitOps practices using tools like FluxCD and Argo CD.
• Maintain and extend Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform lifecycle management in production.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab) and GitOps tools (FluxCD, Argo CD).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP) and cloud-native patterns.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, cloud, or programming certifications.
• Experience with AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Cursor).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
